We want every iconic girlie to love their order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 28 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Free from damage, marks or signs of wear.

Return Postage

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind or would like an exchange, return postage costs will be your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll be happy to help and arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
